These Terms of Service govern your use of cometsim.com and your purchase of eSIM data plans from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
CometSIM is a trading name of Furvexo LLC, a company registered in the United States at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE N, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110. You can reach us at support@cometsim.com.
2. What we provide
We resell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. Network coverage and connectivity are provided by our upstream connectivity partner and their local network operators. CometSIM is not a mobile network operator and does not claim to be an official or authorized representative of any network operator.
3. Device requirements
Our products require an eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase using our Device Compatibility page. An eSIM cannot be installed on a device that does not support it.
4. What is included
Our plans are data only unless the product page states otherwise. They do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS. Messaging and calling apps such as WhatsApp and FaceTime work normally over data.
5. Validity
The validity period starts when the eSIM profile first connects to a network at the destination, not at the moment of purchase, unless the product page states otherwise. An eSIM profile can be installed once, on one device only.
6. Fair usage
Plans advertised as high-volume or unlimited are subject to the fair-usage threshold stated on each product page. After the threshold, speeds may be reduced. We state the threshold openly on every affected product rather than in the small print.
7. Coverage and local regulation
Mobile network coverage varies by location and is outside our control. Some countries regulate or restrict the use of international travel eSIMs. Where a known restriction applies to a destination we sell, we state it on that product page. Please purchase and install your profile before departure.
8. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
9. Refunds
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed connections, missed bookings, lost data or business losses arising from a loss of connectivity.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use our service for unlawful activity, network abuse, spam, or commercial resale without our written consent.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
