Travelling for Umrah or Hajj?
You have enough to think about. Data should not be one of them. Arrive in Jeddah, Makkah or Madinah with your phone already online — share the moment with family at home, use maps between the Haram and your hotel, and keep your group chat alive without hunting for a SIM shop after a nine-hour flight.

What is an eSIM?
A SIM card built into your phone. Instead of pushing a plastic chip into a tray, you scan a QR code and the plan installs itself in about a minute.
Your physical SIM stays exactly where it is, so you keep your own number for calls and WhatsApp. The eSIM just carries the data.
Three steps. About two minutes.
No app to install, no account to create before you buy, and nothing physical to wait for in the post.
1
Pick your destination
Choose a country or region and the amount of data you need. Prices are in US dollars and what you see is what you pay.
2
Get your QR code by email
Usually within a couple of minutes of payment. Install it at home on Wi-Fi, long before you reach the airport.
3
Land and switch it on
Your data starts when you arrive, not when you buy. Your original number stays exactly where it is.
What makes us different
Travel eSIMs are easy to sell badly. These are the four things we refuse to get wrong.
We print the limits
If a plan slows down after a certain amount of data, it says so on the product page. No “unlimited” that quietly becomes unusable on day three.
We say where it won’t work
Some countries restrict international travel eSIMs. Where that is the case, it is written before you pay — not after.
A person answers
Email or WhatsApp, within 24 hours, every day. Not a bot, not a ticket number that goes quiet.
180-day refund
Bought the wrong plan, or your trip fell through? If you have not installed it, you get your money back.
Questions people actually ask
If yours is not here, write to us — we answer within 24 hours.
Will I lose my own phone number?
No. Your physical SIM stays in the phone and keeps your number for calls and WhatsApp. The eSIM only carries data, so both work side by side.
When does my plan start counting down?
When the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy it. So you can install it days before you fly without losing any time.
Is my phone compatible?
Most phones from 2018 onwards are: iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later. Your phone also has to be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06# — if an EID appears, you have eSIM. Full list on our Device Compatibility page.
How fast will I get my QR code?
Usually within a couple of minutes of payment, by email. If it has not arrived, check spam first, then write to us and we will resend it immediately.
Can I use hotspot or tethering?
Yes, on every plan we sell. Share the connection with a laptop, a tablet or the rest of your group.
What if I change my mind?
If you have not installed the eSIM, you get a full refund within 180 days. Once a profile is activated and data has been used it cannot be refunded — the allowance is consumed from the network. Full detail in our Refund Policy.
Do you sell plans for groups?
Yes. For Umrah and Hajj groups, student trips and tour operators we deliver the QR codes as a single batch before departure, at group rates. Email us with your group size and destination.
